Outbound Marketer, LinkedIn and Email

Own our outbound engine end to end. You will build the target lists, write the sequences, run the LinkedIn and email campaigns, and hand qualified conversations to the founding team.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain ICP lists of senior founders, CTOs, and heads of product across EU SaaS.
  • Write and ship outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email, measured in reply rate not volume.
  • Run weekly experiments on hook, proof, and offer. Keep what works, cut what does not.
  • Partner with the founders on positioning for each vertical we target.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene so every reply and booked call is attributable.

What You Bring

  • Two plus years owning a B2B outbound function at a consultancy, dev shop, or SaaS.
  • Proof that you have booked qualified discovery calls with technical buyers, not just clicks.
  • Native-level written English. You can write a five sentence LinkedIn message that gets replied to.
  • Comfort with outbound tooling. You pick the stack, we fund it.
  • Operator mindset. You measure your own work and do not wait to be told what to change.

Turn outbound replies and inbound interest into booked discovery calls. You own the first conversation with every qualified buyer, from first touch to calendar invite.

What You Will Do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound replies within one business day.
  • Run multi-touch LinkedIn and email cadences for warm accounts.
  • Book discovery calls that hold. Aim for no-show rate under ten percent.
  • Keep the CRM clean. Every conversation, objection, and next step logged the same day.
  • Feed objections and buyer language back to marketing and the founders every week.

What You Bring

  • One plus year as an SDR or BDR selling technical services or developer tools.
  • Track record of consistently booking discovery calls with senior technical buyers.
  • Crisp written English. You reply fast and you reply well.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, sequencers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Coachable and direct. You tell us when our pitch is wrong.
