Solo fitness coaches run their business across WhatsApp, spreadsheets, Google Docs, and two or three separate apps. Nothing talks to anything else. Sending an updated program often means rebuilding it from scratch.
The category leaders in this industry, charge 99 dollars a month and stack per-client fees on top. They are built for large coaching businesses. The independent coach managing 15 to 40 clients from a phone is left footing the bill for features that do not apply.

How long does it take to build a custom client management system?
Six to eight weeks from signed scope to a live product. That assumes a clear brief on what the coach dashboard and client-facing views need to do. We write the scope before anything starts, so there is no guessing once development begins.
Does my studio actually need a custom platform?
Not always. Under 20 clients and one product type, an off-the-shelf tool works. If you run multiple coaches, custom intake forms, several program types, or need a client experience with your brand on it, a custom system pays for itself in hours saved per week.
What if I already use Mindbody, Trainerize, or TeamUp?
We can integrate with existing tools or replace them entirely. Most coaches come to us because their current tools do not match their workflow. We build to your process, not the other way around.
Can my clients download an app?
We can build a web app that works exactly like a native app on mobile. Clients tap a link, add it to their home screen, and it runs offline. No App Store approval, no install friction. If a full native app is required, that is a separate scope conversation.
Who maintains the system after it is delivered?
You own the code. We offer a monthly retainer for ongoing feature work and bug fixes, but it is never a condition of delivery. If you want to hand the codebase to an in-house developer or another agency, there is nothing stopping that.
Do you work with fitness boutiques and gyms, not just solo coaches?
